The Yoga Noir Project has a wellness initiative for 2019 called Yoga for Your Health. We will focus on physical, mental, and financial wellness throughout the year. Each class will include a brief wellness chat, followed by unique yoga class. During this class, we will discuss diabetes and how to prevent this disease. Following our chat, Megan will lead us in an uptempo and super fun Buti Yoga session! This class will take place at The SweatBox. Water will be provided, and we will have a limited supply of loaner yoga mats if needed. We hope to see you there!
