Nikky Scott Incorporated is a Health and Wellness Consulting Firm, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our mission is to develop feasible and sustainable community based projects that deliver a holistic approach to physical and mental wellness, with a focus on the minority population.

Nikky Scott Inc. - Case Management Services provides clients with personal and effective community case management.
Yoga Noir Project creates space for POC and Underserved Populations to explore yoga on their path to wellness. We provide community yoga classes of varying styles.
OneBReath Project facilitates a culture of wellness in the North Baton Rouge and surrounding communities, with an initiative to help build stronger families. Our OneBReath Boutique provides baby items, clothing, shoes, and grocery items. The Boutique is supported by the Baton Rouge Community utilizing a Mutual Aid concept as a means to gain resources.
The Founder
Nicole Scott, MSN, RN, CCM
Nicole "Nikky" Scott is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nursing from Southern University A&M College, School of Nursing. Nikky has a background in cardiac nursing, and has a passion for mental health advocacy and holistic nursing. She’s gained experience in several aspects of the nursing profession to include clinic, hospital (floor nursing and clinical education), home health, academia, and case management.
Nikky is a 500hr Certified and Registered Yoga Instructor with a certification in Trauma Informed Yoga. She offers her services to the community, and in private settings.
As a community advocate, she is well known for her generous heart and glowing smile. She wholeheartedly believes that it only takes one person to make a difference.
