Yoga Noir Update: Trying New Things!

In January we hosted a vision boarding session, followed by gentle yoga with instructor Maya Anderson at Winter Dance Company! I also ventured out and tried Aerial Silks Yoga at Indulge Fitness. I now have a membership there and can't wait to go back! Check out the pics below!
